Via my Facebook channel and Instastory (@taminajay, Snapchat: taminajay) I’ve already told you about it. In January I had a photoshooting right before Berlin Fashion Week for the German online and print magazine, Uniscene, for their February issue. As the location for our shooting, they chose the vintage looking “Passage” movie theatre in Hamburg, since it fit so well to the theme: Hamburg streetstyle with Parisian chic. My time to dig out my velvet kimono, some ruffles and lots of tulle.
It was so much fun working with the editor in chief, Lesley Jahn, and photographer, Stefanie Thiele. In the end, we were able to shoot with 4 different outfits. This one is my favorite though, which is why I wanted to start with it. I know that it says “save the best for last” but fck it. On my social media accounts, I’ve already teased with this outfit anyway.

The shoes that you see in the pictures, I bought about 2 years ago at ZARA. A couple of days ago, I accidentally came across almost the same design at their online shop. So as usual, they changed up a couple of minor features and are now selling them again. Lucky you! So if you like them, you should get up off your cute butt and rush over there or order them online. I’m definitely planning on wearing them again more often, once it has got a little warmer again. I’m so happy I’ve discovered them. It almost feels like shopping, when you come across old pieces of clothing that you completely forgot about, but fit super well to your current taste, doesn’t it?
