Some people say that women who lift weights or gain muscle are too masculine. That is, of course, total bullshit. Men should be happy that there are women that start to have the same hobby and actually get why it’s so much fun to hand out at the gym for hours. But then again, the people who do say these things about women are probably guys and other women that are too lazy to workout.

I go to the CrossFit Box 4-5 times a week and usually try to destroy the workouts in a beast mode. However, that does not mean that I want to look like a beast. I also like to do my hair and take care of my skin by daily using the right products. So today I write a little less and inspire you with braiding hairstyles instead, which are very suitable for the next workout or even for the next competition. At the beginning of 2017 I started to participate in CrossFit competitions and slowly but surely I’m getting bored by my usual hairstyle. If we like to dress up for our training session or competitions, why not also putting a tiny bit more effort in our hairstyling now and then?

Ok, you do need a few skills for this. However, you might know a friend who is able to help your out with this or you can just watch the Youtube tutorials and add a new skill to your set. I wish you a lot of fun anyway!
